Welcome to a home designed for easy coastal living, connection, and fun. This stylish 3BD/3BA Mesa retreat begins in a surf-ready mudroom garage stocked with beach gear and a private washer/dryer—perfect after sandy days. Inside, an open-concept layout flows between two inviting living rooms with a smart TV and fireplace, a spacious island kitchen made for cooking together, and a music-filled lounge with shuffleboard, record player, guitars, and dining space. Accordion doors swing wide to a sun-soaked backyard with a BBQ, outdoor conversation seating, and a large grassy lawn for games and sunset hangs.
The home offers flexible sleeping for groups and families, including three comfortable bedrooms—a queen suite with en-suite bath, a flexible room with a trundle twin daybed and office nook, and a serene primary queen suite with a generous en-suite bathroom—plus a large queen sofa bed in one of the living areas for additional guests.
