Welcome to Cotton Bayou 4H, a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom two story condo that comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. This inviting retreat offers plenty of room for families or groups to relax and enjoy time together.
The living room features comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and direct access to a private balcony, creating a great space to unwind after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large dining table, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, balcony access, a flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom includes two twin beds. These guest rooms share a full hallway bathroom with a shower and tub combination.
The loft, accessible by a spiral staircase from the living area, adds even more sleeping and hangout space with a full size bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, a table, and a flat screen TV.
A washer and dryer are included in the unit for added convenience, making Cotton Bayou 4H a comfortable and practical choice for your Orange Beach getaway.

Cotton Bayou is a welcoming waterfront community with amenities designed to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Guests can spend time at the large swimming pool, play a match on the tennis courts, or unwind at the community tiki bar located poolside. Charcoal grills are available near the pool for easy outdoor cooking, and boating guests will appreciate the on-site boat ramp and boat slips available for an additional fee. Cotton Bayou offers a fun and convenient setting for a memorable coastal getaway.
CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
