The Space:

This cozy cottage was thoughtfully designed to welcome everyone, regardless of physical ability. We believe that comfort should be universal, which is why everything has been engineered to offer total independence for everyone. You’ll find smooth access ramps at both the front entrance and the back balcony, perfect for soaking in the scenery. Inside, the space is open and inviting, featuring widened doorways and kitchen counters adjusted to the perfect height for effortless daily living. Finally, a getaway that adapts to your needs, so you can focus entirely on what matters: relaxing.



Guest Access:

To stay here you need to:

1- Fill out your contact information.

2-Provide a valid ID.

3-Give a security deposit of $1000 as a pre-authorization on a credit card or a refundable payment, depending on the rental platform.

(If no damages are found after your stay, we will proceed with the refund of your deposit. Note that this may take up to 14 days due to banking delays)

4-Read thoroughly the house rules and agree.



Pets are welcome (with an additional cleaning fee of 100$+tx/dog)

A fee of $35 + tax may apply for each additional person.

Other Things to Note:

As the residence is located in the countryside, there could be - despite the necessary measures put in place to prevent this - insects or small animals in the vicinity or getting inside if doors and/or windows are left open. Also, please note that fireworks are strictly prohibited. Severe fines may be applied.
