Welcome to our Honeymoon Suite on beautiful West Battle Lake — a sweet, completely remodeled and fully furnished one-bedroom, one-bath cabin designed for relaxing lake days and cozy nights.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the sugar sand beach, swim in the crystal-clear water, unwind at sunset, and fall asleep to peaceful lake sounds. The shoreline is soft and shallow — perfect for floating, wading, kayaking, or simply soaking up the sunshine.

Just minutes away, you'll find Glendalough State Park, one of Minnesota's hidden gems, featuring miles of scenic biking and walking trails, beautiful lakes, wildlife viewing, and peaceful natural beauty. The paved Glendalough Trail connects the area and makes exploring easy for all ages.

You'll also love everything Battle Lake has to offer. We had an amazing stay in Battle Lake! Keith and Michelle are amazing hosts, and the property was equally amazing! Everything was new and super clean. The location can't be beat, right on the lake! We only wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the house. We'll definitely stay there again if we return to Battle Lake.

A wonderful place hosted by wonderful people! Immaculately clean, perfectly furnished and per my significant other, “so so cute”. Communication in advance, around check in, during and after was super helpful. West Battle is a great lake, this property is perfect for a quiet weekend as a couple. Highly recommend!

This place is gorgeous! The owner, Michelle, was very responsive and wants you to have the best stay possible. They thought of everything you might possibly need for your stay and more. It was super clean and ready for our stay on a moments notice. We reserved it on Thursday and she called about 15 minutes later to let us know the outside wasn’t ready for the season but we could still stay knowing it wasn’t ready. She still had bikes, fire pit and kayaks for us to use. The view was gorgeous and you could sit in the cabin and see the views from there with the big windows they have or you could sit in the many different areas outside to enjoy the view as well. We were very pleased with our stay and how responsive she was. She messaged us the day of to let us know things were ready and to make sure we had the code and the WiFi password and knew how to get in and that we could help ourselves to whatever was in the cabin. Great place and would strongly recommend!! Thank you!

Michelle was a great host!She answered all of my questions extremely fast and was very kind.She was willing to accommodate my request for an early check-in as well as a late check out so I could enjoy my stay as long as possible.The photos of the cabin were accurate and included everything shown, but somehow the space still exceeded my expectations.My partner and I truly appreciated the small attention to details throughout the property.All the decor was super cute and made it feel like home.The size was perfect for two people and we had plenty of space to relax.We didn’t get a chance to play the games that they had there but it was a nice surprise in case we ran out of things to do.We spent most of the time outside by the lake or grilling.The grill was kept in good condition and very clean, they had all the utensils we needed.All the appliances looked brand new and super fancy.The sunlight and view through the windows was amazing.The lake was so clear you could see the bottom.There were kayaks for us to use but we had a great time just swimming and hanging out at the dock.There is a fire pit and plenty of seating outside to enjoy different areas of the property.Check-in was very smooth and the check-out list was super simple and easy to follow.I could go on and on about how great the experience was.I wanted to stay for an extra day and she was willing to let us extend our stay but unfortunately the weather had other plans so we chose to go home. We will definitely be back!

Property is exactly like it is listed. A very cute and cozy cabin. It had everything we needed and was clean. Host was good communicating with quick responses. Although the weather was not in our favor, we still had a great time. Would go back again and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this cabin. The lake views are even better than the photos—absolutely stunning in person and such a peaceful setting to relax and unwind.Keith and Michelle were excellent hosts, with very proactive communication from start to finish. They made everything easy and were quick to respond, which really added to the overall experience.The cabin itself has everything you need for a nice getaway. It’s well-stocked, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up so you can settle in right away and enjoy your time without having to worry about a thing.

This little lake cottage is so charming, yet modern! We had the best time in the Battle Lake area: fishing, hiking, dining, shopping, and golfing, sightseeing, etc. Everything in this cabin (and boathouse) was updated and clean. Don't even get me started on the amazing view and quiet location! As you can see from the pictures, the wonderful king bed makes for a tighter bedroom, but don't let that deter you! With a little adaptation and creativity we were able to take on this minimal challenge. Give this place a chance - you won't be disappointed!

Michelle can often be found playing pickleball at the local courts, while Keith enjoys getting in a workout at Total Body Therapy & Fitness, our 24-hour hometown gym. We're also proud grandparents and love spending time with our family and friends whenever we can.

We chose West Battle Lake because we fell in love with it more than 30 years ago when we honeymooned right on this same beach just a few cabins down. It’s one of those places that stays with you — the sugar sand, peaceful water, quiet mornings, and glowing sunrises. When this cabin became available years later, it felt meant to be. Now we get to share the same lake that started our marriage with guests looking for rest, connection, and simple lake life, and that feels pretty special to us.

Every detail was designed to feel warm and welcoming, with charming interiors and a sugar sand beach just steps from the door. Guests love the soft, shallow shoreline for swimming and floating, peaceful mornings by the water, and beautiful sunsets in the evening.
