The bathroom features a modern shower, a makeup mirror, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a lighted mirror. On the terrace, you can sunbathe, enjoy nature, and even have a barbecue. A deposit of 25% is due upon booking. This must be transferred within 7 days; otherwise, the booking may be canceled by the landlord. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival via bank transfer. If you book less than 4 weeks before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. A 100 EUR security deposit is also due before arrival. This will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure, provided there are no issues. The security deposit and visitor’s tax will be refunded in full in all cases. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of 15 EUR per night. The tourist tax of 1 EUR per person per night for guests 16 years of age and older must be paid in addition to the base rate. The door code will be provided before arrival. A key is not required.
