If additional cleaning is required after check-out, an extra fee equal to the cleaning fee listed in the reservation will be charged.
Communication for Local Guests:
Local guests must contact the host before making a reservation.
Unregistered Visitors Restrictions:
Unregistered overnight visitors are not allowed. Any unlisted guests will be subject to an additional charge based on the current extra guest rate.

The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 11 at any time.

• Lost Keys: $130 USD for key and lock replacement if keys are lost.

Any violation of house rules may result in the immediate eviction of all guests without a refund.

By booking, you agree to act in good faith and commit not to damage the property due to disagreements with Airbnb or the host in case of rule violations.
