The kitchen-living room consists of a seating area with a couch and a flat-screen TV (satellite TV). Next to the sofa is the dining area with a table and four chairs. The kitchen is adjacent to this area. It is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. There is also a bathroom with a shower. A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the second living level (35 m²). There you’ll find a 25 m² bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and air conditioning, as well as an 8 m² loft with two single beds for children (90 x 200 cm) and a small balcony (2 m²) with a view of the sea.<br>The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children. The well-maintained communal garden (500 m²) is available for guests to use. There is plenty of space to play or simply relax, both in the shade and in the sun. A grill is provided, so you can enjoy a barbecue in the evening and sit together comfortably. Private parking spaces are also available on the property.
