The sandy beach is only about 10 meters away—ideal for spontaneous trips to the beach, walks along the water, or a morning jog. The 54 m² apartment is located on the fourth floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The one-bedroom apartment sleeps up to four people; children are welcome.

In the living area, a sofa, armchairs, and a dining area invite you to relax and spend time together. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, as well as dishes and kitchen utensils. The bathroom features a shower with a tub, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. Wi-Fi, internet, TV, radio, and a telephone round out the amenities. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use; the property has central heating. A private parking space is available. Pets are welcome—up to two. This is a non-smoking property.
