With over 100 m² of living space, comfortable amenities, generously sized rooms, and a private terrace (complete with garden furniture, of course) that flows into the large garden, this vacation home leaves nothing to be desired. The first floor features a large living area with a kitchen, dining nook, and sitting area. There is also a small bathroom on the first floor.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. An additional cot is available in one of the bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer a magnificent view of the Bodden, while the third bedroom faces inland. Also on the upper floor, you’ll find the spacious main bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

This small, family-run vacation complex—featuring one vacation home and three vacation apartments—is idyllically located in the small village of Neuendorf in the southern part of the island of Rügen, right on the Bodden coast and near the royal seat of Putbus.
The vast, approximately 5,000 m² garden property is ideal for playing and relaxing. Families are in excellent hands here. At the heart of the property stands the over 300-year-old farmhouse. The spacious vacation home is located right next to the historic, listed building. In addition, the property features three charming, smaller vacation apartments in the former stables.
The former farm borders the picturesque natural landscape of Rügen on one side and the sea on the other. The former princely town, with its white, stately buildings, is just a few minutes away.
On the private beach access with its fine sandy beach, you’ll find your own beach chairs available for free use. You can also finally stretch out on the adjacent sunbathing lawn with fruit trees. The private beach is separated from the property by only a small village road.
Just about 10 minutes from the vacation home is the marina in Lauterbach, where you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and other dining spots—and where you can also buy fish caught that very day directly from the fishermen.
The picturesque landscape surrounding the royal seat of Putbus offers countless opportunities for your Rügen vacation.... extensive bike rides, strolls, hikes, and whatever else your heart desires. The chalk cliffs and many other attractions on the island of Rügen, as well as the seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe, and Göhren, are just a few minutes’ drive away.
The Ostseeblick estate, with its magnificent, absolutely peaceful location, direct access to the Baltic Sea, and a breathtaking view of the island of Vilm, offers the ideal vacation home for nature lovers who enjoy relaxing and cherish the idyllic countryside.
