Location
The country house is located at the end of a quiet side street with a view of vast fields and meadows in the municipality of Risum-Lindholm, which has approximately 3,700 residents. In the village, you’ll find shopping options, a bakery, a heated outdoor pool, horseback riding opportunities, and much more. This cozy village is an excellent base for numerous excursions in the surrounding area—whether trips to Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, or the Halligen islands, to Denmark, or even to the Baltic Sea. The nearest larger town, Niebüll, is 6 km away.

Amenities
The vacation home is furnished in the Frisian style and features a large, open living area with a sofa nook in front of the wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV (satellite) and a DVD/Blu-ray player, the cozy dining area, and the open kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter size 4), espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.
The country house offers 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160 × 200), Bedroom 2 with a single bed (connecting room), Bedroom 3 with a pull-out bunk bed (160 × 200), and a single bed (bunk) on the loft.
The modern shower room and the bathroom with a bathtub and shower provide you with your own private space.
In addition, a washer-dryer is available in the utility room.
In the spacious and well-maintained garden, you can wind down the day on the wind-protected terrace in comfortable garden chairs and deck chairs.

Special Features
In this non-smoking vacation home, you can park your car(s) (1–2, depending on size) right next to the house. The large garden is perfect for playing and relaxing.

An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked with this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
