The spacious living room features a sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The kitchen-living room is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, and toaster. There is a large dining table in this area. From here, you can step out onto the terrace. The large bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower and is easily accessible by wheelchair or walker. The apartment also has a color TV with satellite reception in the living room and one in the bedroom, as well as a CD player with radio. Included in the rental price: electricity, water, heating, bed linens, kitchen linens, and bath towels. There is plenty of dishware available. A travel crib and high chair are available at no extra charge. Payment is due on site in cash. Check-in and check-out times are flexible. Of course, your car may remain in the parking lot longer on the day of departure. A lockable bicycle garage is located at the house. A baby crib and high chair can be added at no extra charge. One pet is allowed for a fee of 15 EUR per pet per night.
