Isla Del Sol
Isla Del Sol er et 340 acre ø resort samfund med sine frodige landskabspleje, søer og springvand, en 18 hullers golfbane og marina. Der er vandrestier, private strande og et fiskerfartøj mole. Beautiful place to relax and spend time with family!

This is a beautiful place, overlooking the bay, the condo was very nice, well taken care of, and clean. My family, which includes three small children, had a great time. The pool is very close by and the beach is a short drive. The full kitchen was great, tons of space for kids to play, and I used the washer and dryer several times. Lori was amazing. She responded to me quickly and they had all expectations set up in a binder at the condo for us to reference when needed. I felt very supported and Lori was extremely kind about everything. We will stay again!!

Wonderful Location!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect last minute getaway! Water views and a close location to everything made this a no brainer for a place we will recommend to others! The unit had everything you need! We only packed small carry on items for a long weekend and it was plenty! Close to so many things we took advantage of dinner in downtown St. Pete and visited St. Pete and Clearwater beach. You have to have a grouper sandwich while in Florida.. (Nothing like it! We recommend Palm Pavilion on Clearwater beach) We took a trip to the sponge docks in Tarpon Springs and had a blast. Boat tour and greek food that was to die for. So many things to do and such a peaceful area to recharge the batteries. Thank you so much Lori and Joe!! We had an amazing time!

Unbelieveable View!

Your unit was unbelievable! It was absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway. We loved it so much, we can't wait to rent it from you again. It was clean, everything worked perfectly, warm and inviting! The view was breathtaking. I'm so glad I took pictures, I look at them everyday, especially while at work. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a day of sightseeing and sunbathing. Thank you for allowing us to rent this property, our time down was extremely enjoyable!

Absolutely fantastic

Lori & Joe Thank you once again , your place is always clean and comfortable and the perfect place to stay. I got a chance to meet several of your neighbors on this trip and they were all fantastic people to converse with. This property is exactly as advertised , the property was very clean and comfortable, new and clean appliances, great parking for you and your guest. Outside grounds and pool area are well kept , clean and maintained daily along with convenient trash disposal. Absolutely loved it, and Lori is a fantastic person to do business with.

First Rate Experience

My wife and I just returned from a four week stay at Casa del Mar. The compact (890 sq. ft.) condo was just as advertised with a totally unobstructed view of the inter-coastal. All the conveniences you need in a turnkey home were in the condo waiting for our arrival, even the spices! The place was spotless on our arrival. While my wife was busy shopping for real estate and enjoying the great waterside pool I worked in the unit on my laptop. The 30 second commute to the dining table was perfect. Watching the parade of boats, dolphins, and pelicans outside the patio door was a treat while doing email and taking conference calls. Isla del Sol, the island in between St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach is where the condo is located. This means a no traffic 12-15 minute trip to the downtown waterfront (Saturday morning market) or five minutes the other way to the white sand Gulf coast beaches. You could even walk to the beach in 20 minutes from the condo. Also walking distance from the condo are several nearby restaurants. We liked the fish tacos at the Boardwalk. Sunsets galore. Serene . Peaceful. Friendly people. Conscientious owners. What's not to like?

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location

This condo is beautifully updated and decorated and is in a perfect location-a quiet area but close to everything you might want to do. The kitchen had everything we needed and the unit had plenty of new or almost new towels and sheets for us to use as well as cooler, beach chairs etc. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries and provided whatever information we requested by us and were willing to do whatever they could to make our vacation enjoyable. Parking was right outside the door and very convenient. We loved biking to the beach and around the island condo communities, biking and kayaking at Ft. DeSoto State park, renting Segways in Bradenton Beach, catching fish in Tampa Bay, and buying homemade pastas and Italian pastries at Mazzaro's to enjoy at the condo each evening. My husband and I would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous and Peaceful Location

Condo and location exceeds expectations. The Bay with its sunsets, wildlife and breeze is right in front of you. The pool is on the bay and could not have been more scenic and welcoming. Condo is clean, pretty and supplies for all your needs. Very quiet setting. Neighbors friendly. Owners very nice and attentive.

We had been to Isla de Sol back in the 80's with our two daughters and so knew the area fairly well, but had always stayed in condos backing on to golf courses ; this is the first time we had one looking over Boca Ciega (?)Bay, right over to the historic Don Cesar ; this condo has been recently refurnished and is really well stocked, and extremely clean and comfortable ; the view is wonderful and yopu are only steps away from the pool and hot tub ; Lori, one of the owners, is great and will bend over backwards to ensure your stay is everything you want it to be, and believe me, it is ; they have 2 almost new, bicycles for you to use and fishing poles and beach chairs for you to use also ; we would definitely come back to this condo and had a terrific time . Idyllic place to stay

I stayed here last February and it was just wonderful. I was on a working vacation and needed a quiet place to work via internet. I setup my laptop on the back patio and tried to stay on task but it was so difficult to work in such an idyllic environment. I loved watching the yachts and fishing boats pass by as I was working on my laptop. In the evening I would usually see groups of dolphins passing within a few yards of the patio door as they followed the fish coming into the bay with the tide. It is so quiet and peaceful that you never want to leave. Joe and Lori have done a terrific job in remodeling and decorating the unit. There is just about everything you could ask for in the kitchen and the living room is nicely decorated and equipped with all the entertainment stuff that you could want. It’s just a short walk over the bridge to St. Pete’s beach and the view from the bridge is terrific. I enjoyed walking around Isla Del Sol in the evening. The roads and pathways are immaculately maintained, with high royal palm trees overhead. I liked it so much that I will be staying there again next year.

Such an amazing place!

Private, peaceful, quiet and gorgeous! Isla del Sol is so tranquil. The island is absolutly wonderful! The kids loved it also. The pool area is clean and there is also other kids there, so our kids were able to play! The ocean and the pool is a few steps out the back door. Also the parking garage just a few steps away and you can also park right in front of the condo. Lori and Joe the owners were always helpful incase i needed to know anything i could call at any time. The condo itself.... As soon as we took our first steps in the door we felt at home! It was furnished up to date, it was so clean and had absolutly everything that we needed for our vacation and more... it was great that they had a TV in the family room and in the large bedroom and with a lot of channels. The only thing we wished it would have had was blackout curtains in the bedrooms because it was light outside very early, and a nonstick frying pan. It was so wonderful we were all very sad to have to leave! We will surely love to stay there again soon!

Wonderful place to vacation!

My family enjoyed our vacation staying in Lori's condo! She was so very nice and accommodating to my family. The pictures in the listing show the condo exactly how it is...everything was brand new and very clean. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the screened in porch. We cannot wait to return to Lori's condo for our next vacation! Thanks Lori for making our vacation FANTASTIC!!!!!

Dream vacation

The listing description regarding this location are acurate. The photos reflect the rental's appearance and everything is new like it says in the listing. The view from the condo is exceptional. The property is extremely well maintained and it is really pleasant to walk in Isla Del Sol and enjoy the lush landscaping and many different views of the lakes and golf course. The view from the heated pool and spa is just as spectacular and we did see dolphins and many different birds in the bay every day. We made use of the fishing gear and caught a few fish from the pier at De Soto park. There are beautiful beaches in the region that you can access within a five to ten minute drive. This truly was a dream vacation.

Connie and I had the pleasure of staying in this condo in January of 2014. It was every thing as advertized plus more. All new furniture and bedding, complete stocked kitchen, and new front load waher and dryer. The thing I liked about it that was not advertized was the parking. It was covered parking with a short covered walk to the door. There was a car wash station allocated to the condo building that was available. The condo is located in a beautiful area close to beaches,parks, and shopping. I would recommend this home away from home. RON

After looking for the perfect place on Isla Del Sol for three years, we have finally found it. We still can't believe that this is our home. We are absolutely thrilled. It is everything that we wanted and so much more than we ever expected.

This property is everything that we wanted. First floor, water view, completely unobstructed view, lawn, covered parking and parking directly in front of unit, master bedroom with direct water view and patio access, close to pool and spa area, water front pool and spa.
