We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was adorable, clean, and in the perfect location—just a few steps from the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! We particularly enjoyed origin coffee, shelter cove Harbour and marina and Benny's coastal kitchen!

Walking in to this unit we felt the beachy vibe and comforts of home. It is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking and eating in. The owner provided a binder with helpful information about the resort and their Hilton Head Island recommendations. The owner is very responsive when messaging. The location is perfect, with a view of the ocean that is just a short walk down the boardwalk away. We definitely recommend this unit and hope to be back again.

We had a partial view of the ocean which was great. The pool closes extremely early…8:30, but of course there is nothing better than the ocean. The host was extremely quick to respond about an issue with the balcony door not locking. The condo was a great size for 2 people. There is a pull out couch for an additional two and two beds for kids that were cut out in the wall. I really loved the boardwalk to the ocean. Plenty of parking! I would stay here again without hesitation.

Thanks for staying with us! We absolutely love having guests appreciate our nice view of the ocean as shown in our pictures from our spacious condo and the convenience of being just steps from the beach, pool, and poolside restaurant. We are grateful great guests can enjoy the pool and beach all day and peaceful sunset evenings from the beach after 830 as well. Over 90% of condos do not have ocean views and many are listed at a higher cost. Happy Summer!

This was a good property for what we were looking for - a quick, easy to get to condo with beach access. It was clean and seemed updated as compared to some of the other properties in the area. There is not a great view of the ocean from this property, but I don't feel like it detracts from the experience. The biggest issue that I had with this particular condo was that the main bed was not very comfortable and it was very hard to sleep with the light coming in from the hallway, even with the curtains closed. All and all, would stay here again!

Hi. Thank you staying with us and for your review. We agree with you on the condo associations hall lighting topic. We have remedied this by installing full black out curtains. We have received perfect ratings and comments from all other guests, so evidently our bed and you were not a perfect match. We will continually evaluate all we have and make improvements. I hope our granting an early check in to you and our discounts were of value to you! We are grateful for your staying with us and love to have you back. Have a spectacular day! Owners

We are honest, owner hosts - and short stay PREMIER HOSTS as rated by our guests. We have been visiting Hilton Head Island for over 30 years even though we called the Midwest USA home. After many years of traveling to Hilton Head, we've chosen to make Hilton Head Island home a purchased this condo. In our opinion, this condo community, along with its superb location and offerings, is the absolute best spot on the entire island! As honest hosts, we are responsive! And we are fully permitted and approved by the TOWN OF HILTON HEAD.
[TOWN OF HILTON HEAD ISLAND PERMIT #077630]

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We chose to own here because we love Folly Field Beach, fun, sun, and amenities. The beach sand is pristine and walkable and bikeable. The huge beachside pool is the largest and most beautiful on the island. The community offers a poolside restaurant, often with live music and an indoor sports bar restaurant as well. If you do decide to venture elsewhere on the island, it is convenient to many things to do with restaurants and shopping close by. We simply love it here!

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

What makes our place unique is the OCEAN VIEW from our condo! And to top it off, you can walk to the pool and beach easily and quickly as we are just a few steps away from the pool, beach, restaurant, bar, and ocean. Also Island trolly service makes stops here and can get you around the island conveniently. is a great location! :)
