4/10 Ringe

Host forgot to mention it was a basement unit and to reach it you have to navigate 9 steps down which are steep and to bring all the luggage it was difficult. At night there was a lot of noise from upstairs. The price of the unit is not justified and add to it for 2 couples staying there was only one bathroom which was not in the description. Overall not a pleasant experience, would not recommend.

Thank you for your feedback Shawkat. We’re sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. For clarity, our property description explicitly identifies the accommodation as a private basement suite, and the listing prominently displays “2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.” These details are available for guests to review before booking. We understand that carrying luggage down the entrance stairs can be challenging, which is why we offered to help with your luggage during your stay. We’re grateful for our 49 previous reviews and overall 10/10 rating, with no previous concerns raised about the accuracy of our description. Every guest’s experience matters to us, and we’re sorry to hear that noise from upstairs disturbed your rest. We’ll follow up on this concern. Regards, Sparsh Villas

Perfect Stay

If you want to get spoiled book this suite. It's meticulously clean and modern with very comfy beds. It sits in a nice, family neighbourhood but is close to stores and restaurants. It was central to what we wanted to do and not far from the ferry. The hosts give you complete privacy and spoil you with lovely treats.
