As a host of a few luxury properties myself, I was truly impressed with this property. Every single thing was though-through for the best guest experience. The girls and I had a fantastic trip here, from the bonfires we had set up on the beach to gorgeous dinners on the magical deck overlooking the sunset, every single thing was a 5 star experience, incredibly clean which is truly hard to find at many properties. The accommodations felt better than any top notch hotel you could book, the comfort of the beds, the layouts of the bathrooms and the whole house decor was unmatched. This is the perfect home for both friend trips and family trips, we will be back again and again, I am grateful to have found this place - the vacation of a lifetime for us truly. I truly want to thank this host for an experience my friends and I will never forget.

The place was beautiful and accommodated our family perfectly. We were very pleased with the house, its features and furnishings.We had difficulty with the check in process as the codes on two of the three gates were incorrect, but those were handled quickly. We would definitely stay there again if we chose to do another beach trip such as that.The price, I truly believe is high, particularly with all the fees attached. Regardless, we had a wonderful, full family trip. We praise God for the blessing of being able to do so.

We had an amazing girls getaway at this beautiful beach house! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The home is filled with natural light, ocean views, and so many comfortable spaces to relax. We loved cooking meals together and dining on the patio while listening to the soothing sounds of the waves. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the host thought of every special touch from nicely scented toiletries to bikes ready to ride out front. Best of all, beach chairs were set up for us right on the sand near the water every day!The location is absolutely amazing. Having private beach access made our days effortless. We just walked down the private stairs and were right on the sand. The beach was noticeably less crowded than nearby areas, giving us plenty of peaceful space to relax and take long walks along the shore. It was also wonderfully walkable to local shopping and downtown.A few of us needed to work during our stay, and the fast Wi-Fi made staying connected seamless. There were plenty of quiet, comfortable spots to set up a laptop, with the pool house serving as a great separate workspace where we could work without interrupting anyone else's vacation time.This home is the ultimate blend of comfort, charm, thoughtful amenities, and an incredible location. Whether for a girls getaway, family vacation, or work-cation, it has everything needed. We made wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back.

The house sleeps 24, yet the first two nights we struggled to find rooms to safely sleep 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 infants. 1st floor bunk rooms were full of ants on the floor. 2nd & 3rd floor windows had no screens and locks that didn’t latch. The pool hadn’t been cleaned. Gate codes didn’t work for the gate by the garage or the gate to the beach. I spent the first 2 days of my family vacation on hold with the management company to try and get things up to par. Some times 20-30 minutes at a time. My wife is battling stage 4 cancer. It was on her bucket list to spend a week on the beach with her family. I thought I was booking a luxury home. I wanted this trip to be perfect for her. The home was less than expected for the price! Stay away from this management company.

Our team remained actively involved throughout the stay and responded to each concern brought to our attention, offering assistance and dispatching our local teams whenever permitted. There were also instances when our team offered to come to the home and assistance was declined or a different time was requested, which we always respected in an effort not to disrupt your family’s vacation. When community gate codes were changed, the updated codes were provided, and our team assisted with access. Regarding the ants, our homes are professionally serviced through an ongoing pest-control program, and we are always happy to arrange additional treatment when activity is reported. We are incredibly proud of our local team and the care, patience, and attention they provided while working to assist your family. At the same time, we never want a guest to leave feeling disappointed, and we are genuinely sorry that despite our efforts, this stay did not meet the expectations you had for such an important family trip. We wish you and your family nothing but the very best.
