Just a few minutes' walk from the beach, Luxury Apartment 2.08 is located on the 2nd floor of the "White Pearl" and offers 56 m² of space for 2 people.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area in the living room. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by a sofa and a comfortable armchair. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed that can be separated from the rest of the apartment by sliding slatted doors. There is also a luxurious bathroom with a shower.

Highlights of the apartment include its private sauna (2.37 m × 1.19 m) and the furnished balcony with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the fresh sea air! The apartment comes with an underground parking space. This apartment is wheelchair-accessible in accordance with LBO standards.


Complex:

The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and renovated.

The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with an underground parking garage, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.

The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”

Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.

Each apartment features its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.

The ground-floor apartments, which face south, are partly duplexes and feature sleeping areas in the lower level with access to south-facing terraces.

Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the penthouse level. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.

Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

The newly redesigned, beautiful promenade offers an impressive variety of attractive leisure activities and exclusive shopping opportunities.

The neighboring Baltic Sea resorts to the north (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug, Sierksdorf, Neustadt, Pelzerhaken, Rettin, Grömitz) and to the south (Niendorf, Travemünde) expand the range of wellness and recreational experiences.

Lübeck (20 km away) and Hamburg (85 km away) are easily accessible by train or car.
