This modern penthouse apartment with an ocean view offers 47 m² of space for two people. From the garage parking space, you can take the elevator in Building A directly to the 3rd floor, where your penthouse apartment is located.

A bright living and dining area, as well as an open, fully equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine, welcome you. In addition, the apartment features a bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

From the spacious rooftop terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic view of Lübeck Bay and the beach. There, you’ll find not only a table, chairs, and a sun lounger, but also a comfortable beach chair and an electric grill. The apartment is allergy-friendly.

A special highlight for our guests is the picnic basket included with the apartment. It’s just waiting for you to fill it with delicious treats—perfect for a relaxing picnic on the beach.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism office, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
