Welcome! In beautiful Bad Zwischenahn, one of the most famous spa towns in northwestern Germany, a high-end vacation home opened in the spring of 2021. Electric cars and e-bikes have access to free charging stations right on site.
The vacation home is in a quiet location yet close to the center, just 1,500 meters from the lakefront and the town center with its spa promenade. From the vacation home, you can plan wonderful hikes and exciting bike tours starting through the Aue lowlands.
Villa MeerSinn features

• Upstairs:
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed featuring motorized adjustable slatted frames, comfort mattresses, and down comforters
- 1 bedroom has its own furnished balcony
- 1 bathroom with toilet, bathtub, and wheelchair-accessible shower, plus programmable lighting options

• on the first floor:
- 1 living and dining room with a glass-enclosed bay window and direct access to the furnished terrace with a beach chair; you also have a view of your own small garden.
- 1 utility room with a free-to-use washer, dryer, and an infrared sauna.
- 1 kitchen with a breakfast bar and a fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher.
- 1 separate restroom

• Outdoor area:
- Directly in front of the house is a carport for 1–2 cars with a wall box for electric cars (please bring your own charging cable),
- A shed with storage space for 4 bicycles and charging stations for e-bikes
- 2 additional parking spaces are reserved for you in a separate parking lot.

The vacation home offers free internet access (Wi-Fi) and a telephone (free calls to German landlines).

Pets are not allowed at Villa MeerSinn.

On-site costs: Terms and Conditions • Check-in/check-out in accordance with the terms of use • Minimum stay during the peak season (June through September): 7 nights • For New Year’s Eve: latest check-in on Dec. 29 and earliest check-out on Jan. 2 • Maximum occupancy: 4 guests (2 double beds) + 1 infant in a crib • Included: bed linens, dish towels, bath towels (for indoor use)



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
