Newly built (completed in April 2021) 4-room vacation home (94 square meters) for up to 8 people with 2 bathrooms. Ideal for families with children. Modern, colorful, and warmly decorated. Living room with open-concept kitchen, large dining table, and seating area. Kitchen equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Extra sleeping space for the 7th and 8th guests in the living room on a pull-out sofa bed (=double bed). There are 2 bathrooms: 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink. Direct access from the living room to the patio with patio furniture.



Photos will be available only after completion in April 2021. The style and floor plan will be similar to the green vacation home.



Vacation homes with plenty of space and not far from the beach: here you’ll find both! Welcome to these comfortable, bright, and spacious vacation homes. The two houses are located in Alt Farpen in an absolutely quiet setting, on the landlord’s large property—life just like in Bullerbü.



Accommodations: One red and one green 4-room vacation home in a modern country house style (95 square meters) for up to 8 people. The vacation homes feature a large, bright living room with an open-concept kitchen. From the living room, you have direct access to the patio/garden through three patio doors. Three bedrooms, one bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower, and one bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and sink. Extra sleeping space for the 7th and 8th guests on a pull-out sofa bed (= double bed) in the living room.

In the yard: plenty of space! You’re welcome to help pick and enjoy the fruit harvest—apples and various types of berries. For the kids: a swing, slide, trampoline, go-kart, balance bike, Bobby Car, pedal tractor, and plenty of space to play and run around.



The farm is home to 2 Golden Retrievers, 1 cat, 2 sheep, 1 goat, and chickens.

A crib and high chair are provided free of charge by the landlord upon request.
Washing machine: available in the landlord’s house for dirty play clothes.
Pets: are welcome (5 EUR per day)
Parking directly at the house (free of charge)
On-site fees: none!

Location / Baltic Sea Beach: Alt Farpen is only 7 km from the child-friendly beach in Boiensdorf and is located between the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik, the island of Poel, and the Hanseatic city of Wismar.

Leisure / Surroundings: The island of Poel (12 km) offers its guests small fishing villages, beautiful Baltic Sea beaches, signposted bike routes, and a typical island atmosphere.
The surrounding area offers ideal conditions for leisurely hikes or relaxing bike rides through beautiful natural scenery. The reservoir, which borders the property directly, offers excellent fishing opportunities.
Tip: Take a trip to the UNESCO World Heritage Site—the Hanseatic city of Wismar—with its many (regionally typical) eateries, newly redesigned harbor promenade, and impressive old town (market square, Brick Gothic architecture, restored townhouses, etc.).
Also: The Wonnemar Water Park (Erlenbisbad and Sauna World), the zoo, the Mumpitz indoor play paradise, or the movie theater are especially recommended for younger guests.

Shopping options: in the neighboring town of Neuburg (2 km)—a bakery; in Blowatz (3.5 km)—Ostseekaufmann (a small supermarket). Neuburg is also home to the train station.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
