The house is intended for family vacations. Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sports teams, sports clubs, and children’s/youth groups are prohibited—whether accompanied or unaccompanied. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During this time, the outdoor areas, terrace, ping-pong table, and playground may not be used.
