Located just about 50 m from the Alter Strom and a few minutes from the beach, the “Kuschelecke” apartment is available on the first floor at Alexandrinenstr. 32. A bus stop and shopping options are just a few steps away.
The apartment, with approximately 35 m² of living space, is designed to accommodate 2 to 3 people. The “Kuschelecke” features a spacious living/bedroom with a double bed (box spring), a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and an open-concept kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, and a sink. A high-quality shower room and a separate restroom are available. The vacation apartment is reserved for non-smokers. Please note that the property is located at the rear of a snack bar.

The initial supply for the apartment includes one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, bike rental, Alter Strom, etc.—all just around the corner.


The house is located in a pedestrian zone.
