Main Floor

Step inside to a bright and inviting living room featuring exposed brick accents, global artwork, and a cozy sectional centered around a 55” Smart TV. The space flows effortlessly into the open dining area with seating for six and a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for morning coffee or late-night bites. You’ll also find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a convenient laundry area on this floor.

From the rear of the home, step out to your private fenced patio, ideal for enjoying fresh air, coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening.

Second Floor

Head upstairs to find the primary king bedroom, designed for relaxation with soft linens, blackout curtains, and a Fire TV for easy unwinding. A middle den area serves as your work-from-home hub — complete with a dedicated desk, comfortable chair, and access to a cozy pet-friendly nook equipped with a bed, bowls, and leash hooks.

The loft bedroom offers a warm, inviting space with a curtain track for privacy and blackout curtains for all-day rest. However, the ceiling height may be lower for extra-tall guests, so please keep that in mind when selecting your sleeping arrangements.
HOUSE RULES

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed on the patio or balcony — please dispose of butts responsibly. A $1000 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence is found.

Registered Guests Only
Only registered guests may stay overnight. No unapproved visitors may remain after hours or use guest amenities. Day visitors are limited to 2, with a total cap of 4 people on the property at any time.

Use at Your Own Risk
Guests accept all risks related to property use. Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost/stolen items.

Chore-Free Checkout®
No cleaning is required from guests — simply start the dishwasher before you leave. Excessive messes (such as stains, spills, or excessive trash) may incur a $50/hr cleaning fee.

No Late Checkouts Without Approval
Late departures disrupt cleaning schedules. Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged $75 per 30 minutes.
