This locally owned community amenity is perfect for visiting family or friends in the area. It makes a great base camp for moving your student to the UMN, or a comfortable place to stay during a remodel. Just minutes from the iconic twin cities you will find our little suburban retreat.

This clean, cozy one bedroom house is in a safe, family friendly neighborhood where everyone knows everyone. It's full of children playing, dog walkers, and weekend barbeques.

Just a quick drive will get you to any of the stadiums and venues in Minneapolis or St. Paul, celebrated parks, lakes, award winning restaurants, museums and shopping. Check out our guidebook for more local suggestions. We offer a shopping service if you would like to have groceries, personal care items, or other small items stocked before you arrive.

Take an early morning run to one of the neighborhood parks or grab a coffee at a local cafe and experience firsthand the "Minnesota Nice" phenomenon. The owner lives right next door so you can rest assured that the property is always well maintained.

You will have private access to this entire home. The main level has a full, eat in kitchen, with a dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, oven, and stove. Coffee and tea, basic cookware, and utensils are provided.

There is one private bedroom with a queen-sized bed, closet and dresser.

The bathroom has a tub, shower and linen closet.

The living room has a tv with streaming services, WiFi, a small desk workspace, and a sofa that folds open to a full-sized bed for an additional sleeping area. A recliner, upholstered stools, gorgeous, vaulted ceiling and electric fireplace make a cozy place to unwind after a busy day.

In the partially finished basement is a large open space, and a laundry room with a full-sized working vintage washer and dryer, Iron and ironing board. There is an additional toilet and hand sink in the basement utility room. This home has forced air heat, central air conditioning and ceiling fans.

There is a private driveway for parking. The backyard has a large, private deck and chairs for your use. No garage access.

Guest access
The entire home is yours to use. The spacious front yard sits in the shade of a gigantic oak and the long driveway provides plenty of private, off street parking. There is a large deck with chairs in the backyard, a privacy fence and a beautiful flower garden in the summer months.

Other things to note
This home has one bedroom. The fireplace shown in photos is decorative only. It is disconnected from power and non-functional.
The laundry room is located in the basement. The newly carpeted stairwell to the basement is off the hallway and does not have a door, if you are bringing a toddler, please let us know so we can provide a child safety gate.
