A beautiful and modernly furnished 2-room vacation apartment with a sunny balcony, located near the beach. Here you can enjoy your Baltic Sea vacation in the seaside resort of Kellenhusen.

The modern, non-smoking “Moin! Moin!” apartment is located on the first floor of a residential complex on quiet Schützenweg. It is fully tiled and features Wi-Fi. The apartment is perfect for a relaxing getaway for two, accommodating a maximum of 2 adults and one child up to 12 years old. There is an additional sleeping option in the living room.

The tastefully furnished apartment features a bright, sun-drenched living area with a dining nook (seats 4), a high-quality couch (sleeps a third person, sleeping area approx. 160 x 200 cm; note: the mattress requires a 160 x 200 sheet), a TV (satellite), a stereo system, and an open-concept kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

From here, you have access to the sunny balcony with a beautiful view of the garden, where you can enjoy the sun from morning until late in the evening. A lovely large dining table with chairs is set up for you on the balcony, and an awning provides shade.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (Note: The mattress requires a 160 x 200 sheet), reading lamps, and storage for your luggage.

There is a coat rack in the hallway. The nearly new bathroom is equipped with a wall-mounted toilet, shower, sink, and a towel warmer.

In the basement, you can store bicycles in a shared room. A washing machine (for a fee) and a drying room are also available here.

The apartment includes a parking space directly in front of the building. Pets are not allowed.

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
