Welcome to Your Maui Retreat: Perched on the 4th floor, this West Maui retreat offers spectacular views of the Pacific and the neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai, with unforgettable sunsets painting the sky each evening. During whale season, you can often spot humpbacks breaching right from your balcony. The open living and dining areas are designed to make the most of the oceanfront setting, creating a relaxed, comfortable space to gather after a day in the sun. Inside, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy with an ocean backdrop, along with two full bathrooms for added comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom and bath provide plenty of space for family or friends. Conveniently located near the world-renowned shores of Kaanapali Beach and just a short drive to Napili and Kapalua, you'll have easy access to some of West Maui's best beaches, dining, and island adventures.

After celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with a 10-night oceanfront stay on Maui, we fell in love with the island and began visiting three or four times a year. Over the next seven years, we searched for the right place to call our own. When we finally walked into Nohonani 401, the location, views, and layout immediately felt perfect. My wife gave me the look that said everything—we had found our place in paradise. Guests can check out the episodes to see the story behind the home. The Hawaii Life episode is season 13, episode 3. Magical whale and turtle watching

Very special property right on the ocean with amazing views of marine life. Enjoy the ocean side pool, as well as the ocean itself. Jim was a very attentive and communicative host. We would love to return!

Wonderful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and well kept and updated. The views were amazing with plenty of whale and turtle sightings from our balcony. I would highly recommend.

Great beachfront property

Excellent beachfront property. We had heard other reviews about the lack of AC but with the windows open and fans we didn’t find this an issue at all. The oceanfront location is excellent, a bit of a walk to most amenities which we didn’t mind but for older guests plan to drive everywhere.

A nice two bedroom condo on the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would recommend this for a vacation stay. There is no air conditioning but the provided fans for each room. We would go back.

Wonderful place

Older, smaller, much more intimate condo complex compared to the larger places in Kaanapali. The condo building and condo itself have been extremely well maintained. My wife told me every day how much she loved the place. The ocean was rough during our April visit, and so we did not spend a lot of time in the ocean here.

Beautiful Condo with Great views

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lahaina condo. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. The views are amazing. From the balcony we saw several turtles playing in the ocean and a couple of whales slashing around farther out. We went to sleep every night to the sounds of the ocean. There were a lot of extras for the beach, towels, etc. which made it very convenient. Definitely would stay here again!

Absolutely loved this rental!

This rental was everything I wanted and more. The view was perfect! The complex was quiet, the beach access was just steps away and we watched turtles play in the surf for hours. Our final night we even had a turtle come up on shore to visit. Falling asleep each night to the ocean waves was so relaxing. We will definitely stay again on our trips to Maui. Thank you Jim and Marg for opening your home to us and even for calling to check in and offer recommendations for around the island.

Maui always impresses

The only negative is that the dryer was broken and we had to use facilities onsite Otherwise the condo is as it appears. Wonderful views from the deck and big enough for our group of 6. Kitchen is well appointed as well. Maui is amazing and we saw turtles and whales from the deck.

Lovely condo right on the beach. We went to sleep listening to the surf & woke up the same way. A cup of coffee on the lanai was a perfect way to start each Maui day. Condo was perfectly outfitted for our multi-generation family...teenage daughter loved being able to use the boogie board, kitchen was great, & washer/dryer came in handy. Quiet hours were respected. A wonderful vacation.

Great location in Lahaina and right on a small beach that was good for lounging in the waves. You will definitely fall asleep to the waves crashing on the beqch. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, including beach gear and a cooler, that was a hige plus for beach and driving excursions. We weren’t prepared for how warm it would be in the condo without air conditioning, definitely have to keep all the doors/windows open and fans on but this is likely the case in a lot of rentals.

Amazing!

Everything and more in a vacation stay. Sound of the ocean lulled me to sleep every night. We started each day sitting on the lanai soaking in the view with a cup of coffee & ended each day in the same spot watching the sunset. Very comfortably furnished with a nice kitchen, fridge with ice maker, & a dishwasher. Very much appreciated the good quality beach towels & boogie boards. Quiet hours were respected. Marvelous place for my family’s vacation.

Our family of 4 loved this condo and the complex! The views are incredible. The condo is modern, in great shape and very comfortable. We really appreciated all the beach gear that was available, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, soft cooler. Kitchen had everything needed. Great snorkeling right off the beach especially if you go further out past the reef. Turtles everywhere. Awesome pool. Everyone we met was friendly and very relaxed atmosphere.

Perfect Stay.

Very nice property to relax and enjoy the ocean. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. If there was ever a problem (nothing major) it was fixed right away (Karla was awesome). Lots of room for 4 people, the pool was very nice to have when the turtles took over the beach :) If we needed another 2 bedroom condo we would look at this Condo and location again. Within walking distance to a lot of beaches, restaurants and snorkel rental. We also got to enjoy watching dolphins and whales without leaving the condo, it was fantastic.

Great condo with amazing view

This condo was perfect for a family of 3 -- amazing view, good location with walking distance to stores and restaurants and beach parks and snorkeling (but still felt like not in thick of it). Beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, towels, toys, and boogie boards were available in the condo. Only negative was the pool got kinda gross and cloudy over the weekend. But with the beach close by, it really wasn't a big problem.
