The Space:

The space at Handlebar Hideout is designed for comfort and easy connection. Stepping into the home, you are welcomed by the inviting living area, a cozy spot to relax after a day exploring Bella Vista. Just off the living space is the dining area and fully stocked kitchen, creating a natural flow for cooking and gathering. A washer and dryer are also available, making longer stays convenient and stress free.



The home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged for families or groups. The primary suite includes a king bed and a connected private bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds. These two rooms share a full bathroom located nearby.



Outside, you will find a large deck with comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The spacious yard provides plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. Handlebar Hideout is also pet friendly, so your four legged family members are welcome to join the adventure.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive a unique door code prior to arrival for convenient keyless entry through the front door. The garage is available for parking and use during their stay.

Located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood in beautiful Bella Vista, known for its peaceful surroundings and access to outdoor adventure. Just minutes from OZ Bike Park and the Little Sugar Trail System, the area is perfect for mountain bikers, hikers, and nature lovers. You will also be close to several lakes, golf courses, and scenic drives, while still only a short trip to downtown Bentonville for dining, shopping, and attractions. It’s the ideal balance of privacy, convenience, and Northwest Arkansas charm.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. The home is readily accessible via paved roads, making arrival and departure easy. Bella Vista is a residential community with attractions, trails, and lakes spread throughout, and there are ample bike trails in the area for those looking to explore on two wheels. The home offers garage parking, and additional driveway parking may be available. Downtown Bentonville, grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities are just a short drive away.

-Absolutely no parties.

-Must be 25 years of age to book.

-No refunds for weather-related events.

-No smoking anywhere on the property.

-All visitors must be off the property by quiet hours, 10 pm to 7 am.

-Pet-friendly: $65 fee for stay
