Great spot to get away from the real world

It was a great experience and a great place to get away from the normal everyday life and truly enjoy the week. The property was very nice and very clean. Have absolutely nothing negative to say and we will definitely be back there sometime for a visit again.

Great location for attractions, groceries, restaurants, etc. Beach wa beautiful.

The owner was able to be reached whenever I needed him. He was great to work with. Also, we felt safe while staying there.

Family Vacation

Our family loves Long Beach Resort. Close to many restaurants, shops and of coarse Walmart. Bill is great to rent from. Second year my daughter and I have rented from him. Beautiful condos very clean and well maintained. We are big beach people but did enjoy the pool and the hang out bar has great food! Thanks again Bill for sharing your condo!

Long beach resort for the win

Property is always wonderful and xondo waa exactas described. We never figured out the bedroom television.As the remote and instructions were not aligned, but we were able to stream from that television. And all was well.

Great stay

Very impressed. The property manager is amazing. Second of the units he manages that we have stayed in. It is our third stay in one of his properties. We plan to check out the rest. Not booking this place would be a grave mistake.

Great Experience

My wife and I had a great experience. Ingrid and Bill were great to work with, the property was right on the beach and the photos did not do the property and room justice. The views from the balcony were outstanding and we would recommend this listing to anyone searching for an unbelievable beach vacation.

Long Beach Resort Comdo

Really enjoyed our stay at Long Beach resort. Condo was wonderful. Was able to walk right out to the beach from the condo. Was so glad rental chairs and umbrella was included with our stay, didn’t have to lug chairs back and forth. Will be returning! Very simple check in and check out!

Beautiful Penthouse Condo with a Gulf View

We have been renting condos at Long Beach Resort for many years. Bill is a pleasure to deal with and always a text message away. This penthouse condo is beautiful, clean and in excellent condition! The view from the large balcony is stunning....sunsets, dolphins, turquoise water and white powder sand. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

Nice, clean unit

The unit itself was great. My only complaint was the elevator was down for awhile on Sunday & briefly on Monday. 15 flights of steps to the ground level and back was NOT EASY. But that wasn't the owners fault. He was very good to work with.

Great view approved!

We had a great time. Great unit and hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and offer any help with recommendations and info. The condos had 4 bldgs not as tall as some others, which we liked. The beach was larger than some of the other taller skinnier condos. Some of the other condos had smaller beaches which meant they were more crowded. Loved the beach chair service the hosts provided. Not every unit in this resort pay for that service from what I understand for their guests. Our hosts did so that was huge for us since fly. Plenty of restaurants near by. We had a great relaxing vacation. Thank you to our hosts.

Hills trip

The room was very clean kitchen well stocked view was amazing. Great location to walk to nearby stores pools were very clean all in all we had a blast. Only complaint we have were the beach chairs that came with the rental we as a family are not use to having the big pop up tents in front of the rental chairs our view of the beach was blocked the whole time by at least 5 to 6 tents. The rental company said there is nothing they could do nor security for the condo even after i pointed out the signs that say no tents in front of rentals. I would recommend putting a disclaimer saying view may be blocked by tents. As a family we had a good time i would recommend this room if you like great views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Welcome to Panama City!!

All of the pictures you see are exactly what you get!The bed and the pullout were very comfortable.The condo was very clean.And the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking!!Pineapple Willys was a huge hit with our family and was a 3 minute walk on the beach to get there!Pier Park was a quick drive away with lots of shops and great food at Hooked,right on the water. The only cons we really had was that the stove didn’t have any numbers left on the dials so you had to just guess if the electric burners were on high or low,we do a lot of cooking so that was a little frustrating.And the spring breakers from the building right next door were pretty unruly..our neighbors in the condos said they stay every year and this was the worst they’ve seen it!Lots and lots of police presence!!That could be our fault for choosing to go over spring break,no fault of the owners.Just wished we would have been aware that the building next to us was “the gathering spot” for the crazy spring breakers considering we have younger children. All in all,we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others!

I have stayed in a better condo and a better location for an even better rate.....keep looking

The condo does look like the pictures. Although, it is cheap furniture that looks expensive in the pictures. The bed was not comfortable and it did have only minimum condiments, bring blow dryer etc... The location was very crowded, congested and noisy. The door to the patio located in the living room was not functional the entire trip and the towel racks disconnected from the dry wall just from the lightest touch. Some of the electrical sockets where bare and some simply did not work. I called the owner about the minor issues and he agreed to fix them nor did he keep our deductible. Although, he never showed up nor did any maintance workers to fix the door. The property could have been cleaner when we arrived as well. Although, I am OCD! I would not stay here again.....sorry! I have paid less and stayed in a nicer condo and a better location.

Beautiful Resort, Fantastic Location, BEST Floor Plan on the Beach:-) in all of Panama City Beach, Every Room Ocean Front and Amazing Lagoon Pool.

Our PENTHOUSE condo at Long Beach Resort has the very BEST floor plan on the Beach. Every room is Ocean front. A 30 Foot curved balcony with direct access from the living room and the bedroom. 14 foot ceiling in Living room, and also high ceiling in Bedroom, even the balcony has higher ceiling. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.

BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE, New LCD TV'S and Blu-ray Player.

' Huge Lagoon Pool ' Plus two other pool's

Private beach access! (50 Steps) and you are on the beach, touching the soft sand. Easy Parking and walking distance to many restaurants, shopping Grocery Store and Golf near by!
