We're Lance and Mariam, we own Camelback Stays and run it ourselves along with Jonathan, who helps look after our guests. We're local and a text or message away the whole stay for anything the house needs. You'll have easy self check-in details sent before arrival. We like to be there when you need us, and out of the way when you don't.

There's always something on. Spring Training fills Scottsdale Stadium and Salt River Fields, the Waste Management Phoenix Open takes over TPC Scottsdale every February, and the calendar rounds out with Old Town art walks and Barrett-Jackson.

The entire villa and grounds are yours for your stay, every bedroom and bath, the Den, the Chef's Kitchen and great room, and the full backyard with the Pool, Cabana, and Outdoor Kitchen. No shared spaces, and no neighbors using the amenities. Check-in is contactless, with your door code and arrival details sent before you travel, so you can settle in on your own schedule. Park on site in the private driveway. The home is owner-managed; a couple of owner storage areas stay locked, and everything you need is open and ready.

The Backyard Playground
The Pool is made for long Arizona afternoons, with a Cabana and a 65-inch Outdoor TV for game day, an Outdoor Kitchen with Grill for dinners under the open sky, and yard games to fill the in-between. Pool heating is available at $125 per day.
Whether it's morning coffee on the patio, an afternoon by the water, or the grill going as the sun drops behind the mountain, every inch is built for the group.
Inside, a Remodeled Retreat
The great room and Chef's Kitchen are the gathering hub, with room to spread out across four bedrooms plus a flexible Den. The bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 — King, spacious primary suite with en-suite bath
- Bedroom 2 — Queen plus a sitting sofa, en-suite bath
- Bedroom 3 — Queen, Jack-and-Jill bath shared with the Bunk Room
- Bedroom 4, Bunk Room — full-over-full plus a pull-out twin trundle, Jack-and-Jill bath
- The Den — a separate room that also sleeps guests, using the hall half-bath
3.5 baths in total. Plus additional air mattresses for larger groups.

Maintenance visits. To keep the villa in top shape, our trusted crew (pool care, landscaping, pest control) may stop by during your stay. They stay outside and won't enter the home without your permission.
Security. Exterior security cameras cover the front (doorbell and driveway), the side yards, and the backyard, including the pool area. There are no cameras inside the home.
