Feel right at home from the very start! Our ROSA vacation home offers you relaxation from the very first day of your vacation in a beautiful, bright atmosphere. The semi-detached house at
spans 100 square meters over two floors. On the first floor, there is an open-concept living/dining room with access to the patio and a fenced-in garden. It also features a fully equipped open kitchen and a separate restroom. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200 cm), a large bedroom with two separate box-spring beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Two free parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.

Check-in is contactless. The house keys are stored in the key safe located directly at the vacation home.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the price.

A visitor’s tax is payable.
Adults (high season: March 15–October 31) €3.50 per person/day
(low season: Jan. 1–March 14) €1.80 per person/day
(Nov. 1–Dec. 31)
Children up to age 14 are exempt.
The tourist tax will be billed separately by the host prior to arrival, as will the one-time final cleaning fee of 70. The tenant is not permitted to perform the final cleaning.
