Jay: Pet Friendly 2BR RV in Resort Near Beaches-Fort Myers Beach/Sanibel Island

No need to haul the RV - it's already in paradise! Jay is a modern luxury RV with indoor and outdoor spaces. 2 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed, 1 with full pull-out bed with upper bunk for up to 2 children. The living room sofa and dinette seating could be used for up to 2 more people to sleep. 1 bathroom with shower. Theater seating with recliners, kitchen island, outdoor kitchen (BBQ, Pizza Oven, fridge, griddle), TVs, high-speed internet, dinette. Dual AC units. Pet friendly. Resort has pool, hot tub, activities, billiards, shuffleboard, pickleball, arcade, fitness center, laundry ($), playground, and dog park. Plenty of indoor storage for your belongings. Resort has multiple bathrooms (one with additional showers) in resort clubhouse buildings. High speed WiFi (fiber optic), 3 TVs with Roku and antenna. Outdoor kitchen with grill, pizza oven, fridge. Patio has awning, furniture, and fire pit. The patio furniture in the photos is what is actually there. Pet friendly. Resort has 2 pet restriction. Read the rules provided.

The primary bedroom is up 3 interior steps next to the bathroom. That bedroom is above the hitch area and has a queen size platform style bed that lifts up on one end for additional storage. The primary bedroom has a small closet, two dresser drawers, a storage area behind the TV, 2 nightstands, and 2 wall cabinets with mirrors. It also has its own AC unit (but also central heating and AC). The secondary bedroom has a full size bed inside the sofa and a twin bunk that folds up when not in use. It also has a large rv dresser, wall cabinets, and two nightstands. Both bedrooms have doors for privacy - the primary is a normal hinged door and the secondary has two pocket sliding doors. There are storage cabinets in the kitchen - island has 2 under the sink and 3 drawers, one cabinet next to the stove, 2 cabinets above the TV, storage behind the TV, large RV pantry with door, 4 cabinets above the dinette, and 2 cabinets below the dinette seats which can also be reached by lifting the dinette cushions off. There is an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator in the cabinet by the outside stairs, cooking utensils storage next to that, and grill/pizza oven with prep areas. A wireless printer is next to the outdoor refrigerator - we cannot assist with using it, but it has a display with instructions and you can find help online. If it is out of ink/paper, you would need to replenish if you plan to use it.

TV services: a portable broadcast antenna is available. Roku streaming devices in guest mode are built into or attached to every TV. You can use whichever streaming services you’d normally use at homes and Roku will delete your information and reset at the end of your stay. The welcome center has a community TV area and that has cable or satellite. There is no cable/satellite tv service in Jay.

Internet service: BlueSky Fiber 500mbps to 1gbps average speed, Eero WiFi. Note that we cannot provide technical support for your devices. The WiFi info is provided prior to your arrival. If you encounter issues, we recommend restarting the equipment.

Mobile phone service: all major U.S. carriers have some level of service in the resort.

Note: as of March 1, 2026, there is an outdoor fire ban in Lee County Florida. You may use the cooking appliances, but not the fire pit. Failure to abide by this restriction could result in a fine against you of $500 for each violation.
