Spanning 1,200 sq. ft., The Waypoint features an open living area framed by expansive windows and panoramic ocean views—ideal for shared moments and relaxed entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar for easy mornings and casual meals.

Interiors balance crisp whites and coastal blues with organic textures and designer furnishings. Each bedroom offers plush bedding, spa-style bathrooms, and thoughtful details that make every stay feel bespoke.

Guests enjoy private keyless entry, one reserved parking pass, and overflow parking. Shared amenities include a private pool, outdoor lounge areas, and direct beach access just steps from the villa. An in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and smart TVs ensure a seamless, connected experience.

The Waypoint is one of six boutique villas within Sea House Villas, each uniquely designed with the same elevated coastal ethos. Guests receive a personalized access code prior to arrival. Pool and beach access follow seasonal schedules, and quiet hours from 10 PM–8 AM help maintain a peaceful oceanfront setting.
