This city villa, built in 1936 and completely renovated in 2019, is approximately 150 square meters in size and is located near the center of Bad Sachsa. The spa gardens, the water park, and downtown are all within walking distance.

Spread over two floors, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation with us. The vacation home can accommodate up to 8 people.

The first floor features a large living and dining room, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a single bedroom. The remaining 4 bedrooms, a large bathroom, and the balcony are located on the upper floor. The large terrace and the fully fenced-in garden, which is approximately 400 square meters, round out the picture.

The separate kitchen, featuring a small dining area for two people, is equipped with

- a 30-liter freezer compartment
- a large refrigerator
- a toaster
- a coffee maker
- an electric kettle
- and plenty of cutlery and dishes

The living and dining room is approximately 45 square meters and is furnished in a modern style. Here you’ll find a cozy couch, armchairs, a 55-inch smart TV, a radio, a CD player, and a DVD/Blu-ray player, as well as a dining area with a large dining table.

For the little ones, there are several DVDs, books, and games available.

Ground-floor bedroom—Here on the first floor is a small bedroom with a single bed.

The ground-floor bathroom features a large shower, a towel warmer, and a modern sink.

The remaining three cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed and ample storage space, are located on the upper floor.

Two bedrooms are furnished with large 180x200 double beds and large wardrobes or dressers. The first bedroom features an additional flat-screen TV.

The third bedroom has a 140x200 double bed.

All bedrooms can be darkened

This bathroom also features a large glass-enclosed shower, a towel warmer, and a modern vanity.

Here on the upper floor, there is another small, light-filled room with direct access to the fairly large balcony. This room is perfect as a retreat during the day and as an eighth sleeping option at night. The room features a sofa bed.

Adjacent to the house in the garden, you’ll find a beautiful, large, fully furnished terrace—the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the evening.

The vacation home’s garden is approximately 400 square meters and fully fenced. Garden furniture is available free of charge.
