In the small and idyllic town of Neuharlingersiel, almost right on the historic fishing boat harbor and just a few minutes’ walk from the town center and the sandy beach, you, our dear guests, will find our cozy vacation apartments in “Haus Meeresleuchten.” The North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel is situated directly next to the unique natural wonder, the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park,” a “UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site” since 2009.
“Haus Meeresleuchten,” featuring the two cozy and modern “Hafenjuwel” vacation apartments, is situated in a very quiet location, just about 50 meters from the historic fishing boat harbor (right behind the well-known “Störmhuus”). So you’ll be vacationing right in the heart of Neuharlingersiel in an oasis of peace and relaxation for a truly wonderful vacation!
The vacation apartments are designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people each, plus a toddler, and measure approximately 70 and 52 square meters, respectively. They feature a bright and welcoming design, are tastefully furnished, and are very well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation in Neuharlingersiel.
On the other side of our beautiful historic fishing boat harbor—and just a few meters further on—you’ll find the beach, the “BadeWerk” with its seawater indoor pool and sauna area, as well as many other tourist facilities right behind the dike. And on the other side of the dike, beyond the swimming beach, lies the North Sea—sometimes calm, sometimes turbulent, but always fascinating: this is where the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park” begins.
The North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel is situated right in the middle of the East Frisian North Sea coast, on the mainland opposite the island of Spiekeroog. Neuharlingersiel is a 300-year-old fishing village with an active fleet of crab cutters. In the beautiful historic harbor, East Frisian fishing is still actively practiced today by many shrimp boats.
While you enjoy your well-deserved vacation, right next door the shrimp boats set out for you from the old and picturesque Neuharlingersiel fishing harbor into the North Sea. There, the fishermen harvest the seafood that you’ll get to enjoy later. You can find them in many lovely, welcoming restaurants in Neuharlingersiel, including some right on the historic fishing harbor.
