Lovingly furnished vacation apartment with 3 bedrooms

We offer a vacation rental on the first floor (approx. 90 m²), which has been newly renovated and tastefully furnished. It features 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a kitchen-dining area, a bathroom, and a separate restroom, as well as a living room with a spacious balcony. Of course, we also provide bed linens and towels free of charge. We also have consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, and coffee filters ready for you. If you’re arriving in your electric vehicle, you can easily charge it at one of our two charging stations (Type 2 connector), which are located right here in our driveway. The charging cable is permanently installed. Charging is activated using an RFID card, which we’ll provide to you upon arrival. For more information on this, as well as regarding the costs associated with charging, please feel free to contact us. Payment is made on-site in cash. A deposit of 50% of the booking total may be required in advance. A security deposit of 100 EUR is required upon arrival. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site, so please let us know your arrival time in advance. Pets are not allowed. A crib or extra bed is available upon request. The price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning.
