Spend your vacation morning sipping coffee on your furnished patio, your afternoons splashing in the pool just steps away or fishing on the docks, and your evenings grilling at the shared picnic area.



This ground-level studio is a delight to return home to after a fun day of adventure, offering central air-conditioning, comfortable seating, and a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, microwave, and a Keurig machine. Kick back on the sofa or tuck into the well-appointed bed and watch cable TV.

Our condo at Island Sands look amazing! Even though we were on the 3rd floor, the view from the balcony was so beautiful. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The king size bed slept so well. Leaving area was spacious, comfy and a huge TV to watch all the movies and TV show we wanted.

This is the fourth unit I’ve stayed at in Pirates Bay and the most basic room with very little comfort. The room has not been updated years. The bed was small and uncomfortable, the couch was not a sleeper, and the bistro chairs and table were small and really not functional. There is a smoky and mildewy smell about the room. The only advantage is the ground level access to the pool. Highly recommend upgrading the patio doors to a door with handles as it’s nearly impossible to open and close.

Do not stay here. Bed looks like it came from a yard sale. Full size with a piece of foam on top. Pillows (3) were discount store quality. We purchased pillows, a clean blanket, and over the door hooks to hang towels and clothing on. The slider door curtains did not cover the door or reach the floor! We used hair clips to hold curtains together. It would not cost much to put a decent curtain rod up so curtains would close. The lighting in the room were broken floor lamps with no shade on one and a broken switch on the other. The sheer shower curtain covering the “closet” area were hung backwards but they reached the floor. The vent in the closet would come away from the wall when the air conditioning came on. A bathroom drawer bottom was broken. Looked to have been stapled in place. “Kitchen” microwave, sink and coffee pot. Sad looking used plastic plates and a four cup coffee holder with 3 cups. The room was clean and after fixing the shower we were able to use the bathroom for showers after visiting the beach. The outside patio could use some updated furniture. The pool area is nice. There are nicer rooms available in this condo. We stayed in one last year that was nicely decorated. This one is over charging for the quality of the room. The furniture in this room clearly were used furniture painted poorly. The TV was smaller than my suitcase and the snap together bookshelf was useless. The outdoor patio rug in front of the couch needs replaced.
