You'll find 18 fun-filled holes of mini-golf and an ice cream parlor at Okaloosa National, or catch a dolphin show at the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Visit Miracle Strip Parkway where you can rent a private pontoon to get over to Crab Island for a beach picnic or a day of swimming. And afterward, grab dinner and drinks from one of the many pubs and restaurants in the area.



Inside this bright and airy, fourth-floor condo, you'll find everything you need for the perfect getaway. Host was very communicative! Access to beach was awesome… Wishthe weather was better... but overall great view of the beach! Thank you for the stay!

Absolutely lovely

Great place, location was nice and even though there was construction it did not get in the way of the trip. Unit was great, no complaints, 10/10, would book again.

Great Location, But Several Things Need AttentionThe location of this condo in Fort Walton Beach was perfect. However, there are several things that should be improved for future guests.First, bring your own hand soap because none was provided in the bathrooms or kitchen.The unit also needs to be checked make sure everything is working. The smoke detector is hanging by a cord.The bedroom TVs would not turn on with the remotes. When I contacted them, I was asked to check the batteries in the remotes. I’m not sure how they expected me to determine whether the batteries were good or bad. This should have been checked before our arrival.The blinds at the entry door need to be replaced. Several slats are broken or missing, which affects privacy. I also believe the entry door should have an interior lock that renters can secure from inside for added safety.The bedroom lamp also needs to be replaced or repaired because the knob to turn it on is broken. Additionally, there is no microwave AS STATED - truly inconvenient!Communication regarding checkout also needs improvement. We received two different sets of instructions—one said to strip the bedsheets and start the dishwasher, while another said there was no need to wash the sheets or towels and instructed us to take out the garbage. I personally travel with my own sheets and towels but guests should still receive one clear and consistent set of checkout instructions.

Clean

The location is great with very good access to the beach. Biggest issue was things not properly clean: the couch had sand down in the cushions, the towels had brown stains on them. The microwave wasn’t clean had like melted plastic in it. And the dishwasher had a smell to it. It would have been nice to have pantry supplies ( salt, pepper, and sugar).

Lovely property, great location. Contacted property management about lights not working in master bath above sink. Said they would send someone to fix, no one ever came. Daughter got spare comforter out of closet because she was cold. Saw blood on comforter, notified management. Told someone would come take care of it. Saw no one and it sat in closet duration of stay. Dishwasher does not work. Figured that out last night of stay.

Relaxing & Clean

This property was great for our family of five. The kids’ room had three beds (one full, one twin daybed with trundle), and the beds were very comfy. They had their own bathroom next to their room which had plenty of space. The primary room was beautiful with lots of light and a super comfortable bed! The on suite bathroom was roomy and upgraded nicely. The living area had a couch large enough for the entire family and the dinning table was large enough for all of us to sit around for dinner. The kitchen had all upgraded appliances and decent cooking supplies. The pots and pans could need an upgrade. I do wish they supplied beach chairs like so many other condos do. The pool area was clean and well kept with three really nice (newer) grills. The beach was maybe a 5 minute walk from the condo door to the sand. The condo complex had restrooms close to the pool area which was nice with younger children. We would definitely stay again. The only complaint was an interaction with a Vacasa customer service agent who was very rude, but that was not related to the condo.

Ok

Communication is horrible. I was warned before booking with Vacasa but my trip was in less than a week. For starters the TV in my daughter's room didn't come on with the remote so she went all night without a TV. They failed to tell us theres a switch by the TV that has to be turned on to get service. The TV in the guess room stop working when I tried to change the TV. The floors were very nasty. Look like they hadn't been moped in months. Sand was all on the floor. The top comforter/quilt had stains on it. The lighting in very bad throughout the condo. I guess thats why they have lamps all over. No ironing board, a baby iron & no ceiling fans. Again Communication is terrible. I usually dont do reviews but had to this time. They refused to talk to me initially but was communicating with VRBO with no issue.oh,for all the inconvenience I will be given a 50.00 credit in 2 weeks. We did get someone out to the unit the next morning to fix the TV & housekeeping later on to mop the unit and change the comforter. It's better to rent frm a personal owner than a chain. What a Spring break but the girls enjoyed themselves. Thats all that matters.
