The Space:

This beachside getaway offers a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with a heated pool and two hot tubs. The beach is a short walk across the street/walkway with private beach access, along with a bar and restaurant. Beach service is included from May through October! This vacation home will provide you with every comfort during your stay in beautiful Miramar Beach, FL!



Inside, you'll find elegant furnishings and wall art, with plenty of natural lighting throughout. Your next dinner party will be an opulent affair when you take advantage of the full kitchen. Challenge your friends and family to games on the shared basketball and tennis courts, spend your day enjoying the fantastic area of Miramar Beach, and then come home to wrap up an evening with a nice glass of wine on the balcony. Thoughtful home upgrades include renovated bathrooms, new TVs, and decor.



Surfside offers tennis and basketball courts, a hot tub, a heated pool, a sauna, and an on-site restaurant. Plan a day trip to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, eight miles west, where you and the kids can enjoy slides and adventures such as Buccaneer Cove, Pleasure Island, and Fun Fountains. Comfortable and convenient

Very good property but needs a few little things like hairdryer, pans, and glass doors oiled so you can open and close without straining your back.

Great vacation stay :)

Please update pictures of room for VRBO renters. Room is not decorated same as advertised. (Different couch & color/ No entertainment center/ bedding/etc...) Great vacation stay :)

Overall it was ok. No property is perfect. We noticed some small housekeeping and maintenance issues that needed attention and a safety issue. The amenities were good.

Very comfortable condo with a great pool and perfect beach

We’ve stayed at surfside many times but this is my favourite condo so far. Great views from the balcony. Nice layout with comfy furniture for the whole family. The kids have their own bedroom and bathroom. Tons of storage for a longer stay. We’d love to stay again next year. The pool was very warm every day without too many spring breakers. The beach is the nicest beach ever. Access from the building is convenient and having the chairs leaves you with one less thing to carry. Great place. Great service from the rental company. Stress free vacation.

Great view

We were somewhat disappointed that the advertised picture of this unit wasn’t what we found in the unit. Also issue with plumbing , toilets, drainage of tub, shower doors off track, missing pics on walls, missing towel bar in bathroom. Great location though

Adequate

Condo meets basic requirements but is falling apart. Shower door in master bathroom fell off, guest shower sprays water all over the floor, kitchen chair legs are bent and unsafe, and the balcony was full of broken glass. The place lacks amenities common to condos like Keurig, hair dryer, beach towels and chairs. We have stayed in other condos in this building. We would definitely stay at the location again but not this specific condo.

Condo 405

The condo was very roomy with a beautiful kitchen! The rest of the condo needs some updating as the carpets are rather filthy in the living room/dining room area. When we arrived all the closets were opened as if the cleaning people were in a rush to get out. The hall bathroom tub was clogged. We reached out to the front desk and had someone there to fix it within an hour. Very convenient to the beach. The wait for the elevator was our least favorite part of the trip.
