My husband and I enjoyed our 5 nights in this beach home. While it is an older home, it was clean and the perfect size for a couple. Having two bathrooms is nice when trying to get ready. Everything we needed was provided. We enjoy staying in Indian Pass but sometimes a 1 bedroom is hard to find in this area. As the listing states, there are stairs up to the house, This was not a problem for us but I know it can be for some people. This is probably not the best place to swim as there is a current, but the beach is absolutely beautiful!

It’s wonderful to hear that you and your husband enjoyed your five nights at our beachfront cottage! We’re glad the space was just right for the two of you and that you appreciated having two bathrooms to make getting ready a bit easier. Indian Pass truly has a charm of its own, and we’re happy you found the beach beautiful, even if swimming wasn’t ideal due to the current. Thank you for noting the stairs; we want to make sure future guests are aware of that detail. We hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future, perhaps to explore more of the area’s attractions or simply to relax on that lovely deck again!

Ive had a terrible experience with the company handling this rental property, Avari Property Mgt. I booked this rental, only to arrive and was told that we could not check in due to issues with thebathroom shower. They offered other rentals but none were in the same area and not beachfront. I requested a refund over a week ago. No refund yet. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

The beach was the best part of the entire stay. You could see dolphins in the morning around 9am. The deck was falling apart at the railings. One was broken and held up by electrical tape. Another was missing completely. The table is not as pictured, but instead very rusty and hurt to sit on. Some of the flooring was coming up. There was only 4 towels for a family of four for a week. NO DISHWASHER. Bring trash bags, only one was given. Cracks in the ceiling, rusted vent covers. This is the motel house on the beach, but it worked for what we needed.

We were not able to stay in the home for our vacation. We would not have even stayed the one night of our reservation if we had somewhere else to go. We were in town for a meeting and had no other choice. We thought since we had to be in town anyway, we would stay somewhere vacation like. This house was anything but that and we strongly feel a refund is in order. The house smelled so strongly of bug spray that it was nauseating. It worked though, there were plenty of dead bugs on the window sills. The faucets in the kitchen and bathroom were loose and the spray nozzle did not work in the kitchen sink. The mattress felt like springs were in our backs and made noises with every little movement. Not a good night sleep at all. The sliding glass door to the deck was very hard to open and shut. Attempted to use the grill the one night, but the igniter would not work. The front door was moldy, walls were cracked, the pillows were all stained and the keypad to enter needs to be replaced. We performed all of the tasks before we left except loading the dishwasher which we were told to do (we hand washed) since there was not one but want to stress again that we were greatly unsatisfied with the entire experience and deserve a refund. We have reached out multiple times and are getting a complete run around. We definitely would not recommend this home at all to anyone for any reason!
