This is a place for days spent lounging in white sand and riding bikes through the neighboring communities of 30A.



Pinnacle Port is a private, gated, Gulf-front resort bordering Camp Helen State Park, Lake Powell (Florida's largest coastal dune lake), the emerald Gulf, and the sugar sand of Carillon Beach. The grounds are fantastic, offering an indoor/outdoor pool, saunas, tennis and basketball courts, a boat ramp, boat slips, and playgrounds for the kids. You'll be less than three miles from the start of Highway 30A in Inlet Beach and eight miles up the coast from Pier Park.



Begin each morning with a cup of coffee on your third-floor balcony, basking in the warm sea breeze as you take in the view. After a day of swimming in the Gulf or fishing in Lake Powell, this is a lovely spot to return to at sunset with a tropical cocktail in hand.



Inside, this two-story condo is modern and polished, with central air conditioning running throughout.
