The Space:

You will be spoiled at this spacious condo in Panama City that boasts floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the entirety of the living area and primary bedroom! The crystal clear water and warm breeze will have you slipping into relaxation mode when you are out on the large furnished balcony with a drink of your choice. The full kitchen sports modern appliances and ample counter space to make a family-favorite recipe with ease! Head on down to the shared pool or make your way to the beach just steps away for a day in the sun. If you don't want to leave the pool area at dinner time, take advantage of the shared grill area to throw on a few burgers! As the night comes to a close, cozy up on the plush sofa and watch a movie on the TV until everyone is dozing off to the sound of the tide.



It will be hard to convince yourself to leave this sanctuary but venture out a little and you will be able to experience all that Panama City has to offer. If you are looking for a bit of nature and serenity, head down to Camp Helen State park where you will find hiking trails and stunning views of both the Gulf and Lake Powell. For more of a city experience, head the opposite direction and make a day out of Pier Park, a shoppers dream with local cuisine. Be sure to check what is going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater, as it hosts musical artists and festivals year-round!

We've stayed in PCB seven times, and this is probably our favorite condo building yet. The elevators are incredibly fast, the beach and pool were less crowded than at larger resorts, and it was quiet and felt very safe. This was also the furthest west we've stayed, and we loved the less congested area.The end unit has a larger floor plan and extra windows that make it feel spacious and high-end. Being on the 14th floor was awesome. When the water was clear, we could see sea turtles, rays, dolphins, and huge schools of fish. Beds were comfortable, and the unit, linens, and towels were clean.There were some maintenance issues. One shower was completely clogged with standing water when we arrived. We reported it at check-in, but it was never fixed during our week-long stay. More than half the light bulbs were burned out, and we actually moved bulbs between rooms to have light. The kitchen was the least equipped of any condo we've stayed in, and the couch could use replacing. The sliding doors were exceptionally difficult to open and close, some glass was fogged and obstructed the view, and other failed/wrinkled window tint further limited what should be an incredible view. I know they have limited lime to address issues in 6 hour turnaround between stays but the lights and drain should have been addressed.Overall, it's an amazing unit in an awesome building. With some basic maintenance and updating, it would be hard to beat. We would absolutely stay here again though.

We truly value your feedback regarding the maintenance issues you encountered. We’re sorry to hear about the clogged shower and the light bulbs; those should have been addressed before your arrival. Your comments about the kitchen equipment and the sliding doors are also noted, and we will work on improving those aspects to enhance future guests' experiences.
