At this time, the building is undergoing balcony waterproofing and painting. This work may require the vendor to access the unit. The project is scheduled to take place from January through August. Dates may change due to weather delays.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating and responded to any questions or requests almost immediately, which made the entire experience stress-free.The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do—and parking was easy and convenient. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great experience easy to communicate with host. Clear room great location. They were updating the exterior to the building but it did not interfere with our stay. Absolutely enjoyed every minute of it.

Cute place. A little hard dragging your stuff from the parking lot. There's not a lot of spaces right now. They do have some construction but it's not loud and it didn't bother us. The good thing was is it wasn't steps and going to the beach. It was close and you opened the gate, walked on the deck and just walked down a few steps. It wasn't too bad. I have a lot of try to get on with my knees and it wasn't too bad for me. Then it leads out to the beautiful beach and water. It's a very nice location and we had a lot of fun. Would definitely come here again.

First of all upon arrival the building was under construction which we knew but we did not realize how rundown the property was. The pictures listed showed the property in Pristine condition but it was not and it was unclean. The dumpster was in the entry of the parking lot and was overflowing even had garbage outside because it would not fit. It was advertised 2 pools but this unit only had access to one pool. Not all of the water and dryers were in working condition for the unit so you would have to go to each floor to see which one was working. When entering the unit it was unclean and smelled bad. You couldn’t even sit on the patio because the workers had trash and their ladders in the bushes. To top it off it was not only unclean but it was infested with roaches. If they weren’t climbing on the wall they would shoot out under the dishwasher in the kitchen. We went and bought traps. We did take pictures and sent to the host and was very helpful and got pest control to come that day to spray.
