The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Dramalj. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal), underfloor heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via satellite.
