Pros- beachfront, walk to a couple restaurants, bikini bobs on site, huge pools. Beautiful beach and water. Close to Wal mart. On site market. This unit is on 3rd floor so you can avoid the elevator madness and walk stairs. They offer free air to blow up floats, which was very nice. Handy trash shoot. Cons to consider even at a lower price than some condos- furniture is flimsy inside the unit and patio furniture is bad. Throw pillows on sofa have stains and I didn’t want to touch them. No ice maker in refrigerator. The balcony view is eye level with the palm trees so you can’t really see anything on the beach from the balcony. There’s a strip club directly across the street. Huge complex and wristbands are required and they mean business. Gated entrances to parking lot and beach. So you have to set your load down to punch in a code to access beach in and out. No hair dryer. Coffee pot does not use pods just fyi. I smelled marijuana walking through the pool area and on my balcony daily. Very little kitchen supplies so if you plan on cooking or cutting anything you would need to bring items. I found one knife and I had a difficult time getting it to cut watermelon. The condo in general is very outdated. The smoke alarm battery died on my visit and beeped obnoxiously in the middle of the night. I contacted the owner. They advised to change battery but it was a one and done device that just needed replaced. I left a day early.
