Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!

Our Vacation Apartment 3 (completely renovated and refurnished in 2022) offers approximately 50 square meters of living space, accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child up to age 16, and has been furnished in a modern and comfortable style. Wi-Fi is available. A separate entrance leads into the living area. Here you’ll find a dining table with chairs, a kitchenette equipped with a stove, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator, as well as a double sofa bed (with a pull-out bottom section).

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the living/bedroom is located. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed with nightstands and a reading lamp, a large wardrobe, a comfortable sofa with a table, and a modern flat-screen TV.

Fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will, of course, already be made with linens.

The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. This apartment also features a covered terrace with patio furniture.

Forget the stress of everyday life and relax in our in-house sauna. You’re welcome to use it by arrangement with the landlord. There’s plenty of room for two to six people. Our sauna is a bio sauna with a steam generator set at 45°–65°; it can also be used as a dry sauna at temperatures ranging from 60° to 90°. The sauna room features a shower, a heated bench, and a relaxation lounger. In addition, there is a cooling-off room where you can relax comfortably and enjoy a drink. The sauna fee is collected directly on-site by your host.

Welcome to Haus Bucheneck!

We rent out three vacation apartments (completely renovated and furnished in 2022) in a building renovated in the traditional seaside resort architectural style; vacation apartment 3 is located separately but on the same property. It is situated in a quiet residential area at the foot of a wooded ridge and only about 800 m from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. From here, you can reach both the South Beach and Wilhelmstraße in just a few minutes, where you’ll find attractive shops and restaurants perfect for relaxing. It’s also only about 1,000 m to the famous Sellin pier. The municipality of the Baltic Sea resort town of Sellin is part of the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent and unspoiled nature!

Vacation Apartment 1 (40 square meters with a terrace in the garden), Vacation Apartment 2 (65 square meters with a balcony, max. 4 adults), and Vacation Apartment 3 (50 square meters with a terrace, max. 2 adults and 1 child up to age 16) each have a separate entrance. They are furnished in a modern and comfortable style. Each unit features a small terrace or balcony with patio furniture. Wi-Fi is available.

Our guests can also use a newly built, very beautiful sauna on the property by arrangement and for a fee!

A barbecue area is also available.

Fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will, of course, already be made with bed linens. You’ll find further details in the descriptions of the individual accommodations.

There is ample parking on the property. A lockable storage area is available for any bicycles you bring with you. The public transit bus stop is approximately 500 meters away.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
