The spacious Finca Joanna consists of 3 separate vacation apartments named Casa Laura, Casa Saskia, and Casa Viola. The large pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as two covered patios with a dining table and barbecue area, are available for shared use. In addition, there are many other cozy spots on the property, such as your own private terrace in front of your apartment, by the pool, or under shady trees.
You enter the newly renovated Casa Laura through the hallway, which features a coat rack, dresser, and mirror, and from there you enter the beautifully furnished living room, which includes a fireplace, couch, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for four people. Adjacent to this is the very well-equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge-freezer, a stove with an oven and a ceramic cooktop, a sink, a dishwasher, and a pantry for storing groceries. Casa Laura also features two bedrooms, each with two beds that can be arranged separately or as a double bed; both are equipped with air conditioning for pleasantly cool nights, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
Finca Joanna is located on the outskirts of Santanyí, in the quiet Son Moja neighborhood. The beautiful cove and beach, with beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent, are just a 15-minute walk away.
The nearest larger town, Santanyi, has everything your heart desires: restaurants, shopping, and a Mallorcan market twice a week.
