This beachfront 3BR/3BA corner condo offers expansive Gulf Coast views from two private balconies. Lavish on-site amenities include a stunning infinity pool, indoor heated pool, and a sauna for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy a morning workout in the fitness center before spending a day on the sugar-white sand beach.



Your 19th-floor Island Tower getaway offers a spacious layout and impressive floor-to-ceiling windows. Located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores; savor fresh seafood at waterfront eateries, shop at The Wharf, or practice your golf swing at numerous coastal golf courses.



LIVING AREA



Recline on a stylish sofa and enjoy a movie on the 47” flat-screen TV, equipped with a Blu-ray player and DVR. Two additional armchairs offer a relaxing seat to curl up with a book.



KITCHEN & DINING



Prepare a feast in the upscale kitchen equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for three.



Enjoy home-cooked meals together at the dining room table set for six. An adjacent two-person table offers additional seating for your group.



BED & BATH



The main suite is outfitted with a king-size bed, 56” flat screen TV, and access to a balcony. The en-suite main bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in closet.



The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, 40” flat screen TV, closet, access to the second balcony, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom provides a queen-size bed, 40” flat screen TV, closet, and access to the second balcony. A third bath includes a tub/shower combination.



OUTDOOR AREAS



Sliding glass doors in the living area and main bedroom open to the private Gulf-facing balcony equipped with two comfortable sofas. An additional balcony is shared between the second and third bedrooms and has a table and five chairs as well as views of downtown, Little Lagoon, and the Gulf waters.



EXTRA AMENITIES



Island Tower amenities include two shared pools, a sauna, fitness center, beach access, and a communal grill area.



Parking is available for two vehicles in the covered parking garage. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided in the unit.



Guests can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from local vendors.



LOCATION



Follow the boardwalk to the sugar-white sand and spend sunny days splashing in the Gulf waters. Rent kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, or jet skis and explore the coastline.



Located just 20 minutes away, check out Tanger Outlets for shopping or The Wharf at Orange Beach for a day of mini golf and shopping as well as concerts and events at the amphitheater. Play a round of golf at a variety of area courses; Gulf Shores Golf Club and Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club are both located less than 15 minutes away.

We stayed four nights in August. The property was perfect! The condo had a nice flow, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, the views were incredible from the balconies and the host/property manager was very responsive. Overall, very impressed. I’ll be booking again for next year.

Great place to stay

Amazing view with great location

Wonderful stay.

This is our second year staying at the Island Tower. We love that it’s close enough to walk to everything and the section of the beach isn’t crowded. The unit was clean and perfect.

Beautiful condo with outstanding views

We loved staying in this condo. It was decorated beautifully and had gorgeous views of the ocean with floor to ceiling windows. Highly recommend! Perfect central location also.

Whites Sands of Orange Beach

You simply can’t beat the white sand beauty of Orange Beach, AL. The Palms was an amazing location with literally everything you could want in a vacation property. Would absolutely return!!!

Everything we hoped for and more!

This property was exceptional! We rented the condo for our honeymoon and could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was so private and the property was gorgeous. We will definitely be using this again !

Girls Trip

This property is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, Liquor store, Dollar store, The Hangout, Live Music. My daughter, a few friends and I went down before college started. Had a great time. Was a wonderful place to stay.

Very nice room

The 3BR, 3BA room we stayed in was very nice! The furnishings and decor were beautiful. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The parking garage was a little tight for parking a long 4 door pickup, but I’d definitely stay there again

Family Vacay

Property is in a good location (walking distance to many shops, restaurants & beachfront)! The carpets in bedrooms are worn & some stains, there was hair in a couple of decorative pillows & extra blankets didn’t look clean ( we didn’t use them).

Fabulous Condo

If you are looking for direct beach view and a view of the city from above, Island Towers is the place. You can see it all!!! Very quiet and private! The condo was a perfect home away from home! We will be back!!!
