Waterfront living at its finest awaits at this third-floor, snowbird-friendly condo! Experience unparalleled views from your private balcony with an outdoor dining area and beach loungers. The living room has comfortable furniture with splendid views and a TV with cable. The well-equipped kitchen has modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Speaking of convenience, this condo also has access to a private washer/dryer.



Things to Know

Please note that there is ongoing construction at Compass Point which impacts all units on site. Construction workers will be present during standard working hours, they may need access into units at times when necessary, and construction-related noise is to be expected. Construction equipment will also be present, which can block the parking area, views from your unit's window or balcony, or block the balcony access completely. Parking may be limited. The construction work will also block some access points, which will be rerouted as needed. Temporary walkways and railings are safe to use as instructed, and we ask that you do not enter restricted areas. Amenities may be closed as needed for construction, including the pools, grilling area, and Lagoon access.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway and the condo was wonderful it was clean and in a excellent area of gulf shores easy walk to the beach

Winter getaway

location was great, quiet neighbors easy to walk to beach and local stores. Had everything you would need for your stay. We stayed for the month of February and enjoyed the balcony the weather was great not to warm and not to cold.

Horrible experience. Condo is dated, carpet filthy needs to be replaced, commode needs to be replaced, urine stains everywhere, sofa worn and damaged. Got stuck on the only working elevator for several minutes. Balcony door jammed and locked me out. After an hour another guest rescued me luckily they were outside. Left the next day now the company wants to ignore me after I requested a refund. Ridiculous!

Very nice unit with amazing views from balcony and pool. Only reason for four stars instead of five is there was construction taking place during our stay and it was quite loud beginning about 7am each morning which kept us from being able to sleep in.

Everything was great. Very clean. Very convenient. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes from our place. Even under construction the crews were polite and courteous to let you go about vacation. Management was great. We will book here again for sure.

Compass point

Condo was beautiful and facility nice. But we were not informed of repairs being done until we arrived. They were literally on my balcony at 7am working. So much for sleeping in.

Great location

The condo and view were beautiful! However the building was under construction when we were there and nobody let us know. We were woken up each morning around 730 am by jack hammers. Also, when getting there around 11pm, it was hard to find how to get to the condo with all the construction. The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking and the condo itself was clean!

Disappointed

I didnt stay here even tho i book it several months in advance verbo or Vacasa not sure which one called to notify me 2 hours before my check in that this condo would need to work on the balcony the whole week i was staying there so they moved me to another location sponsored by Vacasa a beach house which was very nice and clean but was over 12 miles away from where i wanted to stay and i paid for a pool and was relocated to place with no pool , the whole thing just felt like it was changed at the last minute on purpose so we wouldn't stay there .
