Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, Joe. We understand that the distance to the beach can feel a bit daunting, especially with little ones in tow. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us better understand our guests' needs. While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we recognize that the location may not be ideal for everyone. We’re here to support you in making the most of your time on Dauphin Island, and our local team is always available to help with tips and recommendations for family-friendly activities nearby. Cindy, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us. It sounds like you had a mixed experience during your stay, and we genuinely regret that the condo did not meet your expectations. We’re glad to hear you found the bed comfortable and enjoyed the new kitchen pots and pans, but we’re sorry to learn about the issues with the balcony furniture and the smoke smell. That’s certainly not the atmosphere we aim to provide. We take your feedback seriously, especially regarding the lack of extra towels and the absence of an iron and ironing board. We strive to ensure our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay, and we will address these points with our team. Thank you for your insights, and we hope you find a place that better suits your needs in the future.
