Great time!

We enjoyed our stay for my 60th Birthday w 7 total. The managers set up golf and transport 3 of the days for the guys and the girls swam and went into Cabo. They also set up a great 60th bday mail with a private Chef! I would recommend this house in a special neighborhood.

Was a beautiful home

We had an extremely enjoyable time. My only recommendation would be that a local cell phone be available for guests. We had a few rough times getting around because we had no service. Pedro was fantastic!!! And Lucy she is one cleaning machine.

Even better than the photos!!

I rented this house with friends for my bachelorette and it completely exceeded my expectations! I wanted to have a house that was nice enough to want to lounge around in and not feel pressured to overplan activities in order to enjoy the pool and overall house amenities. It was exactly that!! Pable took care of everything we needed 24/7 and made us feel like queens. Pictures don't do justice!!! Would absolutely recommend 👌

Wonderful Place

Our stay at Villa Bougainvillea was wonderful. The villa was perfect for me, my wife, and our three adult daughters. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the view was simply spectacular. The villa was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The concierge and housekeeping services were extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. We booked an in-villa taco and mojito bar for our arrival night dinner, which was amazing—I highly recommend it. The villa’s location is excellent; it’s close to the beach, close to town, and situated inside a gated community. A car is recommended. The concierge arranged for one to be delivered and picked up at the villa, which was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay at Villa Bougainvillea again!

Beautiful Property

This place was amazing and the property manager Gio and his crew was the best. One of the best customer service I had in a long time. Very satisfied with the location as far as by a lot of shopping and food. The down fall is the property sits so far up in the villa that you have no choice but to call a taxi to get out the villa once you are out everything is right there. This place is very safe, it is a gated community. The people are so nice. The beds were very hard..... Could use and update. One thing I did not like was when reserving the house after putting the deposit down there was a lot of extra cost. Usually this is up front when your viewing the home on VRBO. Otherwise the house and staff was amazing.

We agree, Villa Bougainvillea and Gio are a recipe for the perfect vacation. We're thrilled you enjoyed the house and our service. This villa is located about a mile from downtown Cabo and the hilly community does require taxi services. Bed preference varies amongst guests and can be tricky due to the subjective nature; we certainly appreciate the feedback! All fees are disclosed prior to booking and anything extra is just that; optional extra services that we provide to our guests - like catering, boat tours, transportation and the like for an additional charge. Part of what makes a great vacation is all the options our guests can add to their private villa rental.

Great place, great value 7/27 - 7/31/17

Our party of 3 couples had a wonderful time at Bougainvillea. We loved going into town every day to hang out but would return to the Villa for an extended happy hour, poolside. The home has all the appointments and is nicely furnished, purified water and ice through the refrigerator. Compared to other villas in Pedregal, Bougainvillea ranks near the top as far as bang for your buck. Great views, great kitchen area, great pool and patio area. Our concierge Daniel from Cabo Villas was exceptional. He cooked up a fantastic welcome lunch when we arrived and was always available with cheerful assistance when called, great guy! The only thing I would do differently would be to rent a six passenger SUV. Cab rides from the Villa into town ran $30 one way, before tipping. Averaging two round trips a day got to be expensive, $120+ per day. Daniel gave me the inside scoop on where to park downtown so I'll be skipping the cab thing our next trip to Cabo! Last, trust me, you won't be walking to and from town unless you're a Tibetan Sherpa, its a long winding uphill hike to the Villa from the Pedregal guard gate. Security is tight, you'll be 100% safe inside the gates.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY

The Villa Bouganvilla was the perfect place to stay. It was clean and very comfortable. This is the first property that we have stayed at the manager of the house came by to check on us and make sure everything was good. The last morning the owner had a cook come by and fix breakfast for us. It was amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

Cabo! Beautiful View

Everybody in the group was happy with their rooms. The maid service was excellent and cleaned up after our nights very nicely. The pool and spa were a very nice treat. Some pools in previous stays were quite cold. The owner of the villa had somebody come in and make us breakfast one morning...very much appreciated! Nice walks down to the beach in the mornings and short taxi downtown. The only thing that would have been nice...and this is being a bit picky...is a better grill outside (small hotspot). I would definitely recommend this place to others. 8 people

Villa Bouganinvilla in Pedregal was wonderful!!

It was one of our favorite vacations! The view was breathtaking, the concierge, Hector, was responsive and always helpful, and Kimberly at Cabo Villas was great. We had one snafu with a taxi taking us to the marina, but Hector arranged for a credit on our next taxi. The house itself is a little dated, and the upstairs master bedroom did not have a TV, but that was ok as we spent most of our time outside! We would definitely return and use Cabo Villas!!

Bougainvillea- Perfect in every way

Everything from the ease of booking to the view was perfect. This location exceeded our expectations in every way. The home was very clean and the staff assisted us with all our needs. Watching the sunset views by the pool were breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

Nice but not quite up to snuff

We (two late middle age couples) rented this villa for 10 nights. We're very experienced doing this, having rented all over the Caribbean as well as having owned luxury condos on the Island of St Martin. Villa Bougainvilla is a beautiful property, very well built, with a fairly complete list of amenities. The pool and hot tub areas are especially nice, with terrific views of the sunset late afternoons. Absolutely perfect with a drink in hand and some snacks. The Pedregal area is beautiful as well and very private. Even with a bachelor party renting the house next door, we had privacy and the party quieted down later in the evening--not a problem at all. Given the location, having a car is a must unless you plan to stay only at the house and not venture anywhere. However, we did feel there are some shortcomings. The house is kept immaculate by the cleaning staff who are very nice and quite unobtrusive. But the property is getting shabby: curtains in the master bedroom have holes and tears, as do some of the sheets on the master bed. The towels are starting to fray at the edges. There are lots of chipped or mismatched dishes in various sizes. Kitchen knives are dull--some beyond use! The wifi service doesn't reach to the master bedroom from the router in the kitchen, nor is it available downstairs at all. Pictures on the wall have cracks in the glass. The recliner chair in the master bedroom is literally falling apart where it stands. I know all this may sound a little picky, but when you're paying top dollar for a "luxury" rental, you expect luxury and this villa fell short. It won't take much to put it right, but it needs to be done. Javier is great and his wife makes a delicious and extensive breakfast which we enjoyed very much. But I think this is really an issue for the owners to address. If they plan to keep it on the rental market, a little TLC is in order.

Villa Bouganvilla in Cabo San Lucas

Gorgeous villa, has all the amenities, spotless with nice views. We had a very relaxing 15 days there, the private pool and spa were wonderful. Berta and her daughter came in every day and cleaned and Javier and his wife made us a wonderful breakfast. In a private gated community, felt very safe, yet only 5 minutes from the town in a car. Would recommend a car to get around in. Thank you, for sharing this well appointed villa.

Third time at this home. Very comfortable there. Perfect for 2 couples. Maybe even three. All the help did a great job. The front right burner on the stove gets a air pocket after being on for 5 minutes or so. Should be fixed. The spa heater was out for two days but they did get it fixed. We would return to Bouganvillea

Villa Bouganvillea

The villa was everything we expected based on the pictures from the website. It was in very good shape and immaculate. Berta did a great job of cleaning and straightening the house daily (which we were not expecting.) The sunset view was spectacular every evening and the proximity to town was great. We have been to Cabo twice now and it has become our favorite winter vacation spot. Victor our on site rep was outstanding- whatever we needed he took care for us. We mostly ate at the villa because of our successful fishing trip. the evening our fishing trip we had Denni's catering prepare our fresh catch. We did this last year when we were in Cabo. They do an outstanding job for what I consider an excellent value. Thanks to everyone at ESSV. Our only hassle the entire trip was getting our complimentary shuttle from the airport to the villa. We arrived on Saturday like everyone else from the US and we had to wait quite awhile for a van.
