➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to popular hiking trails and mountain scenery, making early morning hikes or sunset walks easy to enjoy. The surrounding landscape blends desert views with open skies and scenic backdrops.



Despite the tranquil setting, the location provides convenient access to nearby dining, shopping, and everyday essentials, striking a balance between privacy, nature, and accessibility.

Car travel is the most convenient way to get around the area



Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available



Nearby main roads provide quick access to surrounding neighborhoods

Other Things to Note:

➤ A natural gas-heated swimming pool is available for an additional fee of $200 for the first night and $100 for each subsequent night. We recommend a minimum of two nights of preheating to ensure optimal water temperature during your stay, which costs $100 per day. For example, preheating for two days would amount to $200, with the first night of pool heating at $200, for a total of $400. Additional days of pool heating are available at a rate of $100 per night.



➤ Please select the "bringing a pet" option during the booking process to accommodate a pet during your stay.



➤ During the summer months, the thermostat is set to operate within a comfortable range of 70–82°F to ensure proper system performance and energy efficiency. Please note that opening doors and windows may make it difficult for the temperature to operate within this range. The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee temperatures outside this range or 100% system uptime, as frequent guest use may occasionally cause the system to require maintenance or repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.



➤ The fireplace is non-operational and is for decorative purposes only.
